This is not a generic workout plan with a wedding label slapped on it. Every part of The Bridal Bootcamp is built around the reality of wedding prep: the stress, the timeline, the photos, the dress, the energy you need to actually enjoy the day.

No. Every workout is designed to be done at home with no equipment. You just need some space and your phone.

How far out from my wedding should I start?

The program is 12 weeks, so ideally 3 or more months before your wedding. That said, I have had brides start later and still see great results. The sooner the better, but do not let timing stop you from reaching out.

Is this only for brides?

The program is designed for brides, but the workouts, nutrition, and coaching work for anyone. If you are in a bridal party and want to join with the bride, some packages include bridal party access.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The nutrition coaching is personalized. We work with your preferences, allergies, and lifestyle to build something that actually works for you.

Is everything virtual?
