Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Zero card required. You get full access for 7 days and nothing gets charged. Ever, unless you decide to continue.

What happens after the 7 days?

You'll get the option to join the Kickstart program - 14 days, goal of 4 sessions, $49. Or go straight to a monthly membership. Nothing happens automatically. You decide.

Do I need equipment?

Dumbbells help, but we have plenty of bodyweight options. Start with what you have. You can figure out equipment once you know this is for you.

I'm a beginner. Will I keep up?

Members range from 26 to 74. Some have been working out for decades. Some started with us from scratch. Jacob modifies everything. You will keep up.

What if I miss a live class?

It drops into your on-demand library within 30 minutes. You never actually miss a class - you just take it on your own schedule.

What time are the live classes?
